30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unworn (if applicable).
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • It must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Downloadable software products.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item due to damage or defect, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and sending out a replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item and its packaging. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
